What are the limitations?

You could have a photo, piece of art, or any image you want printed onto a mug; any text or any design you like. There is almost no limit to what we can print.

What size image do I need to send?

The quality of the print depends on its resolution in dots per inch (dpi). 300dpi provides a great print; 600dpi will make a stunning print, though if you're using a dial-up connection, it might take a long time to send us an image of this quality. If we can't open your file or there's a problem with it, we'll contact you quickly to let you know.

Send us your picture as it is: we'll do any cropping, editing, etc. We do not charge for the use of our design team, this is included in the price.

How do we resize the image?

If the image sent to us is much taller than it is wide, then we will try to fit it more than once onto the mug. If the image is much wider than it is tall then we will try to wrap it completely around the mug. We always try to leave as little of the mug blank as possible - unless you specify differently.

Is it cheaper if I order in bulk?

Bulk is considered by us to be a quantity of the same image on an order of more than 20 pieces. Bulk can bring the price down so if you do wish to make a bulk order always ask for a quote first because you could save money.
