What size image do I need to send?

The quality of the print depends on its resolution in dots per inch (dpi). 300dpi provides a great print; 600dpi will make a stunning print, though if you're using a dial-up connection, it might take a long time to send us an image of this quality. If we can't open your file or there's a problem with it, we'll contact you quickly to let you know.

Send us your picture as it is: we'll do any cropping, editing, etc. We do not charge for the use of our design team, this is included in the price.

How will the resizing be done?

The design team will take the image and fit it into a frame corresponding to the size of the mat. If it is an awkward size and doesn't fit the shape we will use an appropriate colour to provide a background.

Is it cheaper if I order in bulk?

Bulk is considered by us to be a quantity of the same image on an order of more than 20 pieces. Bulk can bring the price down so if you do wish to make a bulk order always ask for a quote first because you could save money.
