Dampness can occur in all properties, regardless of age. Dampness almost always rises upwards from the ground, and so appears at the base of internal walls. Or, it occurs from leaking roofs and so appears near the ceiling. Occasionally, damp patches can occur from leaking gutterings, pipes, even rainwater entering open chimneys.
We offer a complete service covering the installation of a new damp-proof course to the replacement of a missing roof tile. All work is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years, new damp-proof courses for 15years.
